Terms of Use

AppVed (“the Service”) is a web application at https://appved.com that audits public App Store and Google Play listings. You paste a listing URL; the Service analyzes the publicly available listing content and produces an automated report with a score and improvement suggestions. The Service is operated by Pradeep Kumar(“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

You sign in with a Google account. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data and cancels any active subscription.

• Running an audit consumes 1 credit. Credits are deducted only when an audit actually starts; if an audit fails after starting, the credit is automatically returned.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits never expire.
• The Pro subscription adds a fixed number of credits to your account each billing month. Unused credits roll over and remain yours. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and credits already granted stay in your account.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle checkout, payment data, invoices, and applicable taxes — we never see or store your card details.
• Prices may change; changes never affect credits you already own.

• If an audit fails, its credit is refunded to your balance automatically — that’s the built-in remedy and happens without you asking.
• A credit pack that is entirely unused can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email us at 4gpradeep@gmail.com.
• Credits that have been consumed by completed audits are not refundable, since the service (the report) has been delivered.
• Subscription payments for a started billing period are not refunded on cancellation; you keep the period’s credits and access instead.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or audit listings whose content you have no right to access (the Service only reads public store pages).
• Attempt to bypass billing, credits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, resell, or programmatically bulk-access the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a directly competing automated auditing product.

Audit reports are generated by AI. They are informational suggestions, not guarantees. App store rankings and conversion rates depend on many factors outside any listing, and we do not promise any particular ranking, install, or revenue outcome. You remain responsible for the changes you make to your app and listing.

The listings the Service analyzes are public content belonging to their respective owners. Your audit reports are yours to use for your business. The Service itself — its code, design, brand, and rubric — belongs to us. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and available but don’t warrant uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active customers and honor or refund unused paid credits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
