Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run the product: your Google sign-in profile, your audit history, and your credit balance. We don’t run ads, don’t sell data, and don’t use third-party advertising trackers. Card details never touch our servers. You can delete everything yourself, instantly, from Settings.
1. What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use them to create your account and show who’s signed in. We never see your Google password.
- Audit data — the store listing URLs you submit, the public listing content fetched from them, and the generated reports. This is your dashboard history.
- Billing data — your credit balance, purchase and subscription state. Payment itself (card numbers, billing address) is handled entirely by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; we only receive confirmation that a payment happened.
- Technical basics — standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) kept briefly for security and debugging. We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. What we do with it
Run your audits, keep your report history, maintain your credit balance, prevent abuse, and improve the product. That’s the whole list. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we don’t use your data to train AI models.
3. Who processes data for us
The Service runs on a small set of infrastructure providers, each receiving only what their job requires:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth).
- Vercel — hosting and serving the application.
- Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB, Asia Pacific — Mumbai region) — the database where accounts, reports, and balances are stored.
- Anthropic — the AI model that analyzes listings. It receives the public listing content (icon, screenshots, text) — never your account or payment data.
- Dodo Payments — checkout, payment processing, invoices, and tax as merchant of record. Their privacy policy governs the payment data you enter at checkout.
4. The listings you audit
The Service only reads publicly availableApp Store and Google Play pages — the same content anyone sees in a browser. Auditing a listing creates a report in your account; it doesn’t contact or affect the app’s owner. Reports we publish as public demos are created only by us, from our own account.
5. Retention and deletion
- Your data stays as long as your account exists.
- Delete your account anytime in Settings → it permanently deletes your profile, reports, and billing records from our database, and cancels any active subscription. This is immediate and irreversible.
- Individual reports can be deleted from your dashboard at any time.
- Server logs rotate automatically within days.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Database access is restricted to credentials scoped to this application only. Payment data is handled exclusively by Dodo Payments — it never reaches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but the attack surface here is kept deliberately small.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, DPDP in India), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. Most of these you can exercise yourself: your data is visible in your dashboard and settings, and deletion is self-serve. 8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the product. See also the Terms of Use.
